Mac Capture Card

I am thinking of getting a capture card, so i can record myself playing games. I have an old one for my pc, but sadly it only runs on Windows Service Pack 2, and i do not have that. So what capture card would you recommend. I was thinking about this one here.

But would i need software for it, or is their software already on the mac like imovie, that would run it.
