Now that I upgraded to Ventura, I see a notification to update Apple ID settings, just like on my iPad and iPhone. Is this the new normal?

I assume it's because I have declined to use 2FA. On the other devices, I just ignore it because if I "update" the notification comes back a few weeks later. It seems that the interval keeps getting shorter.

"Updating" consists of re-entering my Apple ID password and confirming that I do not want to "upgrade security settings". Is there a way to get macOS and iOS to stop badgering me?

I get that after every update on iOS, but not on macOS.
It might be because I didn't sign in through System Preferences/Settings, but through App Store.
