Mac cleanse and bootcamp

I ran mac cleanse for the first time yesterday and why i booted up into windows through bootcamp it did not start up like normal. Windows does not connect to the internet and i lost the boot camp assistant thing in the bottom right bar of windows.
Did is cleanse through the bootcamp setting or something?
Has anyone else had this problem with this software?

Can you give a link to where you got this software. Because I really have never heard of it, if you give me a link I can check on the credibility of the site and the software because not everything you download does what it says it does.
