Mac.com support is nonexistent

I've been a Mac.com user since February 2005 and converted to a family account with three e-mail only accounts in February 2006.

The main account has always been the same, but I want to replace it with another one when I renew this February. Is that possible? I want to take an e-mail only account and make it the main account and then delete the usurped account (or simply demote it, I don't care.)

Thanks! Mac.com is so frustrating because their support is pretty much nonexistent. There's no number I can call, and the support website is not very helpful.
