Besides including pre-access to the betas, forums and 2 case incidents would having a Mac Developer account (paying the $99 a year) give you a retail version of Lion when it comes out or would you have to purchase that separately?
9 to 5 mac confirms you get a retail copy...

For those asking for Lion: $99 buys you a Mac Dev account which includes a copy of Lion when it is released.
Seems like a bargain!

where does it say that paying 99.00 for a dev account gets you a copy of lion when it is released?
Probably something to do with effort and time and stuff.why wouldn't everyone just sign up for a developer account
i am just debating whether it is worth the 105.98 after tax for the membership but if you get acopy of lion that is potentially 100 retail its worth it, any opinions?
This makes me think Lion will cost $99. If it costs $129, why wouldn't everyone just sign up for a developer account and save 30 bucks when the retail version is released?

Does the $99 fee to become a registered developer cover iPhone development too?
How many machines can you install
lion on? Perhaps to share the cost with friend?
im debating whether to suign up or wait for a public dev build available online, im just wondering if devs will get the full version free and the only confirmation of that has been that tweet from 9to5mac, does any dev know if that was the case with snow leopard?

- In order to install Lion to additional systems, copy the Mac OS X Lion Installer application from /Applications over to your second Mac and double-click on the application. This can only be done on Mac you have authorized to share content downloaded from the Mac App Store.
