Hello-
I'm a new Mac-converter, and I love it so far... with the exception of one thing: my lovely mac doesn't recognize my cell phone--chocolate 3.
I usually use Bitpim to "hack" into my cellphone so that I can put in my custom ringtones in. Previously, it worked with PCs, because they recognized my cell phone, but in mac, it says that it is connected to something it doesn't recognize and asks me to choose between: ignore or eject.
Yes, the bluetooth function still works, but that's to get songs on my phone, NOT ringtones. :(
I was thinking of bootcamp-ing it, but I don't have a copy of XP and don't want to purchase one because I have no intention to go back to the world of PC...

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The way that I have figured out is, sent a e-mail to your phone with the ringtone as a attachment.

To do this simply sent the email to

[10-digit phone #]@vzwpix.com

I found that Gmail works best for this.
