Hi everybody, I've got a huge headache with the following 'trouble'.
I've two MAC with Entourage 2004 installed, working in a network with a MS Small Business Server 2003 / Exchange and other Windows based PC.
We use Public Folders for our work: when a mail comes in MS Exchange routes it in the Public Folder; both MAC show the new unread mail item in the Public Folder. At this point I read the new mail message from the first MAC and I can see the mail passing from bold (unread) to regular (read). I try now from the second MAC, doing the same. At this point I would expect to see the mail in regular character (read) on both MAC; I find that the mail comes back to bold on the first MAC (unread) just like the process of reading from one MAC 'marks' the mail as unread for the other one. The process is endless, passing from the mail bold on one MAC and regular on the other to the opposite condition.
Any help? Maybe Entourage marks the mail as modified after a simple reading?
Or other?
