Mac equivelant of certain Windows programs...

Hey guys Im about to buy a mac soon and theres a few programs that i use on my windows computer which arent available for mac and i was wondering if you knew what the best one of each kind are for mac??

The programs i need to know about are as follows....
DVD Fab Platinum (Dvd Decrypter/Burner all in one)
Nero CD Burner
Xilisoft video converter


I also found out that Nokia PC Suite does not work for mac so what do i do for when i want to sync my phone to the mac... i know i can always go thru bootcamp and use the same programs still but id much rather avoid windows as much as possible as i am sick of it

handbrake for video converter
handbrake for encoding dvds to video files
mac the ripper for ripping the entire dvd to computer
toast is a good burning program although free alternatives like "burn" work as well

I use iSync to sync contacts to my phone over Bluetooth.

There is BluePhoneElite for more advanced phone syncing, but I haven't used it.
