Mac External monitors -- issues with BGR vs RGB?

Hi! I just bought this amazing 40 inch 4 k monitor: https://pcmonitors.info/reviews/philips-bdm4065uc/

The review mentions issues with RGB vs BGR color stripe layout. Indeed text looks quite fuzzy, more so than it should with this high quality monitor. The review mentions that there's an option in Windows, but can't I do anything about it on my Mac? Would hate to send this puppy back, since there really isn't anything like it right now.
