.Mac Family Pack not working for mom

I just convinced my dad to finally purchase a .Mac account for every member of the family (family pack). My account works fine, both email and web gallery. My dad took my moms old trail account and paid for it and made it part of the family .Mac.

My account got an email saying Welcome. My mom got one saying Welcome to the trail. Again.

Her .Mac web gallery doesn't work and takes ages to upload nothing. Mine uploaded about 7 photos in less then 30 seconds.

Something is not right here...my dad is getting mad!

Please help!

I think you'll have to contact Apple directly about this. There should be a phone number you can call for .Mac customer service.
