Hi there, does anyone know how to simultaneously scroll down a list in finder once multiple files have been selected?

I can freely scroll-through a list of files that is larger than the current window (in the same folder, and when all/specific folders are expanded) when multiple files are selected . . .

. . . can you expand your question a bit so we can understand better?

Regards, splifingate

Yes, if you have multiple files selected, you can still scroll up and down with no problems (for example, to command-click on more files to add to your selection)
We need to know more about your situation...

Thank you for the responses,im not sure how I'm going to explain what I mean! I have several Mac computers, two Mac Pro 3.1 and a few old iMacs which I use regularly so im hoping there is a key command that works for all!
Lets say I select every alternate file in a folder whilst holding down command is there then any way of then quickly selecting the other files by pressing an arrow key or something? Its so basic what im wanting but I cant find anything on youtube or facebook eat so im guessing it cant be done!

I was thinking the OP wanted to select every other file at the top of the folder then somehow make the rest of the selections of the folder follow suit so that every other file is selected for the whole folder.
