Mac Folders on Windows

Hey, guys. I do understand that this forum probably not the best place to ask such a question, but I'll try.

Here is the thing. For a few reasons I have to use Windows for a while.
I can't actually stand that OS, so I'm gonna stylized it a lot.
Can u guys give me an advice how can i make folders and icons of W7 have a view like on Mac?

Okay i found the best. It was FolderMarker software. This thing has the trial period and a huge amounts of functions. I'm completely satisfied.
