Mac "forgets" Launchpad arrangement...

When I first got Lion, I rearranged all the icons in Launchpad and for the most part, it's stayed that way. However, there's a few folders that I rearranged after that initial rearrangement that won't just stay where I put them. Once I restart the computer, those few folders go back to where they were before I rearranged them. Besides that, Lion works perfectly. Anything I can do?
