Mac Freeze randomly.

So yeah, hello. I´m not from England or USA so sorry for my English but i will try my best. Let´s start with that my MacBook Pro 2011 13´ crashed for about two weeks ago. I had to reinstall OSX, and everything worked fine, but today mac started freeze randomly, after 1-2 hours of using, and I have to restart it. I thought that this is something with my HDD (Wester Digital - 500GB), i bought Drive Genus 3 and tested HDD, i had 8 bad sectors on 350-352gb and it´s eliminated right now. I have used about 50gb of disc capacity. Well i hear that HDD is "clicking" when mac freeze, it´s not loud, but I can hear it. I have Mountain Lion - any ideas why is this happening?
