I just don't get it

Why do those modders use those awful neon lights? It just looks like a cheap brothel. Sometimes they even have lights that react to the hard drive activity, which makes the whole thing flash more than 2$ prostitutes in Thaiwan.

And what's the thing with the LED display which displays the processor and its clock speed. Why the hell do you need that? In case you forgot which processor is in there? Same thing as those people who tune their cars and put an enormous sticker on it with the brand and model of the car on it.

I'll never understand

You guys see this picture? Link Here's the description under it.
There's a 1200mm fan on top, which takes in the cool air. That cools the CPU heat sink. (zalman heatsink), and the hot air is pushed outside with the two 80mm fans on the side. As you can see, cool air comes in and leaves immediately. This way you can reduce the useless hot air heating up the rest of the system
It may just be me, but maybe the fans should be switched around, because last time i heard, heat rises, not goes sideways.

This is quite possibly one of the ugliest case mods I have ever seen. It bears no resemblance to a power mac or G4 cube. It's almost the complete opposite of both in my mind, because it has solid metallic base and clear top (opposite of the cube) and is cluttered as hell, unlike the power mac.

If you guys think you can make better why not do it? Instead of just trashing someone's work

We don't have to, Jobs and Ive have done a much better job than anyone else to date.

We're allowed to say something's crap without going out and proving we can do better. :)
