They are small versions of the Jam Packs: Jam Pack World Music Sampler, Rhythm Section Sampler, Symphony Orchestra Sampler, and Remix Tools Sampler

Real Jam Packs are about 3-4Gb in size. .Mac's free Jam Packs are around 100Mb each. Note that If you get Logic Studio, you will have about more than 40Gb of instruments, sounds, and other tools for $499. Compared to get jam packs at $99 each... hmm.
