Mac goes to desktop screen when inactive

Hi, friend of mine has some problem with new MacBook Pro with touch bar. After few minutes Mac goes to desktop screen automatically (if inactive, all open apps are minimized like after cmd+F3 combination).
Any idea how to turn it off?
