Mac Help Application Problem

Hi all. Has anyone experienced this after updating to HS? On the Finder using "Mac Help" menu, the screen come up but it looks like this. Even Safari Help, Mail Help, App Store Help...just about any Help within the app. iTunes Help is ok. The Screen comes up. Topic list is ok but when I click a topic the screen has all the text lined up in one giant vertical row. So weird. Any advice or help to fix this?
 
Is this issue a bigger hidden problem with Mac OS? Should I Reformat and reinstall HS and get my backup from TM?
 
Hello anyone? I tried looking at Apple Support pages and that system shows nothing for this.
