I've spent a few hours looking online, and I can't find any home design software for the Mac that's a reasonable price. There's plenty of professional CAD/architect programs, but I'm not interested in spending hundreds (or thousands) of dollars on something I won't be using all day, every day.

I'm planning on building myself a new house in a couple of years, and I would like to spend time thinking about it, designing and planning it to make sure it's as close to perfect as I can get.

I know there's lots of stuff for the PC, but I'm not going to buy VPC (I've sworn off ALL MS software, even things that support MS file formats - they're not getting another dollar of mine, if I can help it :p ).

Does anybody have any recommendations?
