Well I thought .Mac was really crappy until I went to my website at geocities today and it said I was over my data transer limit... ugg! I was looking at some other features of upgrading, and it is $5/mo for what seems to be a lot less than you get with .Mac.
The first thing holding me back before was that I thought you had to use the "homepage" feature to make pages. It's great for newbies, but I have more html experience than that and I thought it was kinda lame for me. I found out I can use any editor I want so I was happy to see that, how cool!
Now my question.... Since what got me in this state was the "data transfer" crap, what are the data transfer rates for .Mac customers? I didn't see this in the knowledge base or discussion boards.
If it's a reasonable rate or no limit I will sign up.
