there was a thread on here the other day asking about mac hosting , this chap wanted to start one.
well i remember macworld when steve said apple has the cheapest GB per $ /£ so is this still true ? how does the xserve and xserve raid tally up with the rest IBM..
apart from that i just did a price up of xserve and xserve raid to a total of £18k for around 6.8 TB and worked out how much i could make off that with hosting , i know i have not worked out all cost but has this actually been done before ?
i know there are loads of options with this ,xserve raid will work with windows and linux servers too but a 100% mac setup would be nice
any thoughts ?
