Mac Indesign Problem on PC

I have created an Indesign 7 document and packaged it to a folder. This folder was zipped and sent to a person who has a PC with Windows 7. This is his response:
When unzipping the folder almost all content is encrypted. And the text fonts are still missing/encrypted.

My Mac is Version OS 10.6.8

Any solutions?
