Mac => iPod => PC (Syncing music libraries)

If my iPod is formatted in the FAT way, and linked to my mac's music collection (therefore storing my up-to-date music collection), is there a piece of software that will automatically sync from my iPod to the PC when connected to the PC? Sorry about the length of that sentence

I would just like my music collection to be up to date on both computers without having to rip from CDs on both etc....I know there are tools like Senuti out there for the mac, but can the same be done on the PC automatically (when iPod is connected)? iTunesesque convenience is a bonus!

if you're looking for software to take music from the iPod to the computer (which iTunes wont let you do) i recommend downloading senuTi.
