Hello everyone! I have discovered the answers to many of mac's keyboard problems.
Firstly, I have discovered how to use the Windows delete (delete the other way).You just have to hold down the Function (fn) key while deleting, and it delete the other way.
Secondly, holding down the option key while typing radically changes the keyboard, and holding down the option and shift keys changes it even more!
It also changes the way the other keys behave, such as enter and the arrows.
If you want to see and mess around for yourself, go to System Preferences, Keyboard, Show keyboard and character viewers in menu bar. An icon should appear, click it and select Show keyboard viewer.
Have fun messing around with the improved keyboard!
