We recently switched to Office 365 and since then have been having issues locally within Mac Mail when it comes to sending emails with a mix of images and text.
Example attached.
We have tried recreating the issue through Office 365 webmail, and there seems to be no issue there.
The issue seems to only occur when we screen grab, drag and drop into an email and send from within Mac Mail.
The only help we seem to have that sort of relates to this is image sizing, and rich vs. plain text email. Playing with these settings hasn't helped.
If you have any ideas on what we can try, we would very much appreciate it!
