I have looked around and cannot find what I am looking for.

Can I use a .mac mail account to grab an external pop3 account? I like the IMAP features of .mac, and would like it to go get my cox.net mail so I only have to check one place for my mail.

Thanks!!

What does this have to do with .mac? It would really just be a Mail issue. The best thing to do would look for settings when you log into your account in regards to setting it up as IMAP or POP3 account.

On your .Mac mail, if you go into Prefences and then Other, there's an area where you can have it check external POP3 email.

Your Cox account should also have a setting that lets it forward it to your .Mac, should you have any problems with the first method.

aaronw1986, this kind of setup is useful for people who check their mail from the web interface (and want all of their accounts to show up in one).
