Mac mail and Outlook.com IMAP

I finally got Outlook.com setup for IMAP on my Mac. Mostly everything works except for deletions. When I delete from my iPhone within a few minutes it updates on mac mail. However when I delete on mac mail it never deletes on my iPhone.

I set the Deleted folder on mac mail for trash and it changed its name to Deleted Messages which matches what the iPhone does with trash.

Any suggestions??

Well I did some testing....

If I move a message in mac mail to lets say a folder on Outlook.com it still shows on the iPhone inbox. If I move it back to the inbox using mac mail, I have two copies on the iPhone inbox.

WOW this is crazy!!
