Mac Mail complete meltdown

Hi All,

My mail is clearly suffering from burnout!

I opened it this morning and am unable to select anything within the window. Mailboxes such as trash and spam are no longer visible. When I bring up windows such as preferences the coloured tabs are simply not there.

Did you try rebooting your computer?

Ye rebooted, shut the whole thing down and did some safe starts a couple of times.

Try creating a new user account, and see if the issue re-occurs. I wonder if its a corrupted plist or some there file that it relies on within the ~/Library

Creating a new account worked. But even stranger it now seems to be working again in my main account.
