Mac Mail Creating Multiple Address Book Entries

I have a client who just received a mass email with addresses available.
She wants to add all those email addresses into her Address Book as individual contacts.

How is this possible in a more efficient method, without having to go through each of the 100's of emails available?

Any help ASAP would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
