Mac Mail has thrown out all my email with an account change...

Howdy,


I was changing my work email account to a new domain, with the old email set to forward through to it. So I decided to get rid of the old account data so that it wouldn't download emails twice... Only it decided to also delete all the emails except those I had assigned into folders.

So, what's the best (and cheapest, but I'm willing to spend money) way to get this data back?
