Hi,
I have a number of map accounts, including iCloud.com and a personal domain address. In order to get my outgoing mail working I have to use the outgoing SMTP mail server for my personal domain. If I google IMAP settings for iCloud it says I should use smtp.mail.me.com and port 587. If i use these setting my mail just gets stuck in the outbox. How do people get on if they only use iCloud, should the smtp.mail.me.com server work?
Also my incoming username (not email address) is also my personal domain email address - but that might be because my apple id uses the personal domain email address.
This is not a big issue, but might be if I wanted to ever get rid of my personal domain.
Thanks
Basil
