I am trying to help someone with their iMac, and their mail program does not display the icons at the top of the main window. My mail program shows "Get Mail, Delete, Junk, Reply, Reply All, Forward, New Message, Note, and Todo."

What am I missing to make these buttons/icons appear?

Thanks for the help.

Go to View > Customize Toolbar... and select "Show: Icon and Text" at the bottom.

That worked. Thanks.

For some reason it was completely blank. Not sure why. After adding it the first time, it was still blank. The second time worked though.

Thanks for the help.
