Mac Mail issue receiving new mail

Hi

I have a problem with mac mail, I think its since updating to high sierra.

One of my email accounts does not receive mail, if I go to its webmail page new mail is there but its not showing in mac mail.

If I quit mac mail and re open it, it appears.

Does that sound like a sync issue?

I have another email account which is fine but this certain account is having this issue.
