Hi
On a 2020 27" iMac / Ventura 13.5 I'm using Exchange accounts and have quite a few Mailboxes (100+), and just as many rules for moving incoming messages to their mailboxes.
My most active Exchange account will receive a message, apply the rule ok, but the message content doesn't show. This doesn't happen in all mailboxes, but the number of them seems to grow. I've re-established the Exchange account 3 times, which only works for a while .
The only variable on my side is with the rules. Before my last re-do of the main Exchange account I disabled a couple of the rules for the mailboxes with the problem. Was going along fine, then the day after I reapplied a couple auto-move rules, it started happening again. That doesn't prove it's a rules problem, but it was something that changed.
All emails show content on the email server and/or looking at them with Outlook on the same Mac.
I saw another post where dragging the message from one mailbox to another helped, but that didn't work for me.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
