Mac Mail 'Move to Predicted Mailbox' disabled?

Hi all,

As seen in the screenshot (of the menu that appears when I right click a message in Mail), the 'Move to Predicted Mailbox' option is faded and I cannot select it.

How do I activate this?

You first have to move a message to a folder so it can predict what folder to suggest.
