Mac Mail not receiving emails (Outlook server)

I have tried to find an outlook.com forum but found none. We am having problems receiving emails, and think it may be related to a spam email that was clicked.

When we try to email ourselves we get the following message:

Can anyone help with this issue? Is it a a case of the server/domain being blacklisted?
