I am sure this is easy (or sometimes I find mac just does not offer the feature)
I open an email and delete it. Then I have to click not the next one to open.
In outlook I could set it to OPEN the NEXT (or previous) one automatically.
is there a way to do that?
NEXT. I sometimes send the same email to multiple people and but and past and forward out of my send file. But with the mac the mail has the colored lines when I go to cut and paste out of the sent email to start a new mail I don't want it to be shown.
I do this a lot if I am sending the same mail to someone for information (i.e. hotels/lodging etc for trips).
