Mac Mail Problem- Sends 2 emails

I have a problem in Mail, many times when I send an email, it sends 2 emails. Also, sometimes when I am in Mail and I delete an email from the list, using my mouse and the Delete button, it will delete 2 emails at once.

Any suggestions on what to look for?

Mail 7.0, OSX 10.9. I only use mail and have no other devices linked to it.
