I'm using macbook air-ipad mini and i phone5 all together under same iCloud account, since yesterday 11:25am my mac mail account stopped receiving mail on my macbook air, strangely I'm still receiving my mails on ipadmini and iPhone. i deleted mail accounts on my macbook air several times and reloaded it. but problem still exists. i went to apple store they couldn't do anything.
please help!!!
at the bottom of the mail program there is setting button, when i click on that at the bottom of that there is "get account info", when click on that it shows the mails on server but it doesn't fetch to my mail account.
