I archive my emails in mac mail with 2 files " on my mac " one for received emails and one for sent. The received one's view is correct but the sent one, unlike the main sent file, displays a "from" column and not the required "to" column. I have found how to change the display by clicking the top left dot and ticking the required columns BUT this changes the view in both the received files. Can I make the on my mac received file show "from" and the sent file "to". the only way I can see the info I want is by having both from and to displayed in both files AND strangely the current in box changes as well but not the current sent box. Not a big deal but it niggles me -- there must be a way and I'm sure I'm missing something simple!
