Mac Mail rule question

Hi,

Is it possible to set up some kind of rule or something so that i don't send an email to someone ive sent to before?

I.e if i send out a bunch of emails to people, then i send some more, id like it to make sure i don't send one to someone ive previously sent to.

Hope that makes sense,
