I am getting a lot of spam from sites that end in ".co". If I write a spam rule that says if the email contains (ends in) ".co" delete it.....will that same rule also cause emails ending in ".com" to be deleted?

It may, but you could test it to be certain. I'm sure you're aware that there are legitimate companies that also use the .co domain.

I just tested with this against some saved .com messages and it did not touch them. The same rule with .com did move the messages.
