I'm having an issue sending e-mail to certain addresses within a public school system. (i have inserted "name_deleted" for the person's actual address)

This is the error message that i get:
Original-recipient: rfc822;name_deleted@gcs.k12.nc.us
Final-recipient: rfc822;name_deleted@gcs.k12.nc.us
Action: failed
Status: 5.0.0 (Remote SMTP server has rejected address)
Remote-MTA: dns;spam.gcs.k12.nc.us (TCP|17.148.16.97|53622|24.199.204.35|25)
(spam.gcs.k12.nc.us ESMTP [264581591ecc4c3e5be2666578ffedfe])
Diagnostic-code: smtp;550 No such user

I think that this means that the addresses that I'm trying to send a message to think that my message is spam. Is that correct? And if so, how do I fix this? It doesn't happen for every address, only some of them.
