Hello,

I don't if I'm in the right part of the forum so correct me if I'm not.
Since a few days I've a problem with my outgoing mail from my mac.com account. My incoming mail is OK, my outgoing mail is stuck and I didn't change my settings. Can somebody please help?

Thanks,

Joost

Check with your ISP and see if they have closed smtp on port 25. A lot of ISPs are doing this; including mine. They only allow outgoing mail on their own server. They have a misguided idea that this will decrease the distribution of spam.

See if you can change your outgoing server for your .mac account from mail.mac.com to mail.isp.com (where isp.com is your isp's name). If the mail goes through then you've found your answer. Yell at your ISP.
