Just want to verify it here, from my fellow users of Mac, if micosoft excel (2008) in Mac does not really support saving an excel file into dbf... I used to perform this operation in microsoft excel (2000) when I was still using windows. thanks
Microsoft stopped allowing DBF files to be saved in Excel when Office 2007 came out for the PC. When Office 2008 came out for Mac, obviously the feature wasn't there anymore.
So unfortunately, there isn't a way to do this through Excel anymore, regardless if you're on a PC or on a Mac. You might be able to export it to another program that would support DBF, but I don't know of any.
