Mac mini 18 has USB 3.2?

does the Mac mini 2018 have usb 3.2? trying to buy an external drive and its confusing with all the new USBs listed on enclosures. 3.1 gen 1, 3.1 gen 2, 3.2 and now I'm reading USB 4 out next year. which one is possible for my Mac mini 2018? thanks
