Mac mini 2012 Apple Hardware Test

I noticed that the Apple Hardware Test (press D during power on) for Mac mini 2012 is no longer working after a fresh install of Mojave 10.14.4

It happened to 2 of my minis. Anyone else encountered the same?

Error message is:
Error: 0x8000000000000003, Cannot load 'EFI/Drivers/TestSupport.efi'
Status: 0x00000003

I never ran a power test, if it aint broke why fix it?

I was trying to install bootcamp, then it shutdown and i thought i do a hardware test.

if you are not helping to test, please don't reply useless contents.
