Mac mini 2018 - Crackling Sound at 90°C

Hello there

I have a Mac mini 2018 from Intel. It is connected to a TV via HDMI and USB via a DAC. When I play Roon or VLC, there is no crackling sound.

However, when I play any video on Opera Browser or Safari the temperature goes to 90°C and I have a crackling sound. Weirdly, no crackling sound on HDMI.

Anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions?
