Mac mini 2020 with Dual U2415

What would be the best option to connect the new. Mini to two Dell U2415 monitors? Coming from 2012 i7 Mini, I'm not planning to upgrade my monitors at this time.

Display port on one of the thunderbolt port and the HDMI output for the other monitor. There are cables for both.

If you really need the HDMI out for another screen it might be possible to chain your displays with the MST (Multi-Stream Transport ou MST) functionality of your screens.

There was also a video on macrumors of someone using displaylink adapters to connect up to 6 screens.

I am using dual Dell U2415 too, one through HDMI and second hooked up through a Thunderbolt 3 Dock with my M1 Mac mini. A USB-C to HDMI or Displayport should work.
