Mac Mini + Ben Q (W600) Projector - Need Advice!

Hi all :)

I'm very new at this forum and apologies for any mistake as I'm trying to see how things work!

I'm postgraduate student (MA Digital Arts) and I'm preparing my installation.
I'm intending to use a HD Projector (Ben Q W600) and plug it into a Mac Mini (to avoid Blu Ray DVD player & Blu Ray burner).

Is it via HDMI cable?
Will it be problematic? 'cause I saw in other forums that Mac Mini is problematic with projector.. Anyone knows something on it?
